Fresh pork, water, salt, spices, fennel, paprika, monosodium glutamate, garlic powder, citric acid, BHT (added to protect flavor).
- Slice patties to desired thickness.
- Place in cold skillet and cook over medium heat.
- Fry 12-15 minutes or until browned on both sides. Do not mash patties.
