Cooking Instructions:

Deep Fry:

  1. Preheat oil in deep fryer to 375°F.
  2. Put frozen mushrooms in basket, place in oil.
  3. Deep fry 3 ½ minutes.
  4. Remove, drain and serve.

Pan Fry:

  1. Care must be taken in pan frying. Cover ½ of the mushrooms with oil.
  2. Preheat cooking oil to 400°F.
  3. Put frozen cauliflower in pan
  4. Cook 1 ½ to 2 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove, drain and serve.
